CANCELLATION
POLICY
Change and cancellations can be made up to 3 hours prior to a pick-up by contacting Quest Limousine Services at 415.425.6836.
A full fare will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or flight arrival.
A full fare will also be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pick-up location (no-show). If for any reason you can not locate the chauffeur, call us at 415.425.6836.
